God, our Father, who has created all things, we are your children. It is your will that we live together in peace and stand by one another as sisters and brothers. Your will be done. Jesus Christ, Son of God, you have prayed for the unity of all who are baptized in your name, who believe in you and confess your name. Is it your will, that the Church, your body, be one. Your will be done. Holy Spirit of God, you have filled the Apostles with the fire of courage to proclaim the Good News. Sunday • 5pm • City Island Peace Out(doors) offers an opportunity to pause and reflect in an outdoor setting. It is a short gathering that includes centering, sacred readings, and discussion, and reminds us of our connection to the earth and one another. It’s an opportunity to prepare for the week to come in a life-giving manner, and to do so in a safe space. Peace Out(doors) is kid-friendly, pet-friendly, and informal. If you’d like to join us, please bring a camp chair (or similar). We meet on City Island, in the grove of trees near the carousel and train depot (intersection of Station Rd & Riverside Dr). Park in the north lot, head toward the ballpark, and turn left to reach our gathering spot. If you’d like to avoid the walk, there are a few parking places adjacent to the carousel. Sunday • 5pm • @IntertwinedFC on YouTube Interconnect with Intertwined offers an opportunity to pause, pray, and reflect. It is a short online gathering (usually less than 30 minutes) that includes silence, prayer, sacred readings, and reminds us of our connection to the earth, our Creator, and to one another. YouTube chat will be available during the livestream, so you can interact with the community, or just participate in spirit. Participants join without camera or microphone, so there is no need to be “on” for this experience. There is a chat function if you’d like to share a prayer request or chat with other attendees, but that is optional.
